Inertial systems of heading and attitude is a direction of many technique developments with inertial in the last year. Inertial systems of heading and attitude mainly used for heading and attitude that measures to carry the body of flight, with realization to carry the body to navigate and control.This text introduced that the inertial systems of heading and attitude of the developmention,application and constitute of the system while the text point out that it is a high performance according to the inertial systems of heading and attitude of the MEMS machine piece, low price the inertial diagraph of equip, it is mainly constitute by the micro inertial measure unit and numerical compass .The micro inertial measure unit is to be constitute by a machine of MEMS piece,we get an error model of system after discussing and analyzing the error formation reason of the MEMS inertial machine piece, and through the velocity mark and position mark to carry on the coefficient separation of the system error model.The inertial systems of heading and attitude of the MEMS machine piece can accurate measure attitude,angular speed and acceleration of the body in space, According to the calculate way of strp-down compute attitude of the body, FIR filter and Kalman filter on the error margin repair assurance the dynamic state environment of the credibility and the diagraph accuracy.Gyroscope of MEMS and acceleration of MEMS is pickoff of the inertial systems of heading and attitude of the MEMS machine piece, their accuracy also affects the whole system accuracy and functions.The test of a machine of traditional inertial sensitive piece has been test that aims at sex, the price is higher and more time-consuming, it is hard carry out the batch quantity test of the inertial sensitive a machine of MEMS piece.
