This paper studies AOS key technologies that will be used in Chinese future complicated spacecraft which has the requirement of high data transmission rate, and build a physical simulation system of data transmission and location between the complicated spacecraft , earth and nearby spacecraft. The system is able to deal with kinds of data operations with multi users .Through the dynamic virtual channel management the system can transmit types of information such as speech, dynamic image, static image, experimental data, remote monitoring and remote control in the same time.This paper outlines the AOS system at first, and researches the specialty of AOS configuration and design. According to the contents of AOS standard, high speed link controller, multiplexer and demultiplexer for downlink, link multiplexer and link demultiplexer for uplink were designed and realized by using FPGA chip. Through high-powered dynamic attemper system, the transmission of 10 users with kinds of data in downlink can work effectively in 480Mbps and the transmission of 7 users with kinds of data in uplink can work effectively in 5Mbps. According to the requirement of data transmission system in spacecraft the project of communication and location of nearby spacecraft were advanced, and the hardware has been realized. The whole system has been tested. The RS encoder and decoder in AOS are researched in-depth. According to the characteristic of the whole system , a high speed RS encoder and a pipeline structured RS decoder based on ME algorithm was designed and implementedThe results of testing and validation proves the system work steady in high data transmission both in uplink and downlink. All devices mentioned in upwards can meet available-load in the future spacecraft.
