In this paper, modern control method and artificial intelligence theory were also used to analysis and design an Integrated Fire and Flight Control (IFFC) system in the state of air-air according to the characteristic of UCAV.Firstly, features about the controlled object, UCAV (Uninhabited Combat Air Vehicle), are first introduced briefly. With a general review of aeronautic fire control system, this thesis analyses the application value of integrated fire/flight control and the latest status, points out the application of intelligent control to fire control system.Secondly, according to the characteristic of IFFC, the request and the basic assumptions are put forward and the algorithm model of fire control calculation based on aircraft reference frame was established in the state of air-air.Thirdly, a group of Six free-degree, non-linear equations which are based upon the features of super-maneuver flight are established by giving the coordinate of fire control calculation. Then improved arithmetic model of aircraft suitable for super maneuver had also been given.Fourthly, the flight control law for super-maneuverable is designed with nonlinear dynamic inverse theory. First, the aircraft states were parted to four loops based on the principle of time delay. Next, the fast loop control law for fast variable angle velocity states, slow loop control law for slow variable attitude angle states and very slow loop control law for very slow variable states were designed. Based on this, a controller for super-maneuverable flight was designed.Fifthly, fire/flight coupler is designed with a method which regulates gain of fuzzy control adaptively after analyzing the function of fire/flight coupler in the whole control system.Finally, macrocosm system structure was established and the digital simulation of whole integrated fire/flight control system is completed.The simulation results under air-air situation indicated that the IFFC system designed in this thesis is feasible.
