More and more attention have been paid to the development and technical renovation of unmanned aerial vehicle, and more and more manpower and material resources have been invested into the research of unmanned aerial vehicle in many countries. In this thesis, a series of problems concerned with signal detection, signal progression and realization of control law of a kind of unmanned aerial vehicle control system researched in some project are discussed and solved.The calibration system of sensor is designed and realized. Sensors in the unmanned aerial vehicle system such as attitude angle sensor, barometric height sensor and airspeed sensor are calibrated times without number. Each of their stationary models is deduced. Furthermore, modeling method of sensor is studied theoretically. Kalman filter are designed to solve the problem that the attitude angle sensor and attitude angle rate sensor are disturbed easily by noise. The simulation results of these two kinds of filters are given based on experimental data.The flight control technique of the unmanned aerial vehicle is studied. Semi-physical simulation of flight control system is designed and realized, and the composing of semi-physical simulation is introduced. Semi-physical simulation is carried out, the results of semi-physical simulation and digital simulation are compared, which fully verified that the control system is reliable and it can be applied to flight test.To improve the stability of the Semi-physical simulation of flight control system, great efforts were taken to transplant the Semi-physical simulation of flight control system onto Win2000/XP Operating System.
