The ultimate tensile strength, friction loss at the transfer apparatus and the transmission length after stretching-draw of the pre-tension pre-stressed beam are the most important parameters at the three of the pre-stressed wire mechanical property in the fold-line pre-tension pre-stressed beam , for the pre-stressed wire is made of multiple strand cable , the deformation of wire is a single spiral deformation , but not a real axial deformation .Through the tensile test of stress wire by flexing at the transfer apparatus , the formula of flexing ultimate tensile strength is put forward; By the flexing of stress wire at the transfer apparatus in the experimental laboratory and field engineering , and the experiment of friction loss at the fold site, the friction factor between stress wire and transfer apparatus is generated. To guarantee the performance of anti-friction , the formula of friction loss at transfer apparatus is put forward .By the experiment of transmission length of the pre-tension pre-stressed beam , Code for design of concrete structures (GB50010-2002) formula is still apply in the actual project . By means of the contrast experiment between the real tensile stress and single pre-stress wire stress , influencing factor is analyzed, the conversion relations between real tensile stress and measure stress is established . The experiment can provide theoretical foundation for the study on the fold-line pre-tension pre-stressed beam in the field of .long-span bridge.
