With the development of the times, the stadiums, the Conference and Exhibition Center, the terminal, the waiting hall and the industrial plant are increasing. To find a reasonable structure is very important because these public buildings require large span.Three new structures are proposed in this paper for the large-span building with four-point supporting: first, the bottom chord prestressed hyperbolic side truss structure-shell, second, the new truss hyperbolic-shell structure, third, the prestressed intimate side truss hyperbolic-shell structure. As shell-side truss network load area than the general truss, the sectional area of the bottom chords rapidly increases. The steel consumption is large and the joints construction are difficult with the diameter of the bottom chords is so large. The three new structure proposed in this paper will greatly reduce the diameter of the bottom chords, can improve the overall stiffness of the structure, and reduce the steel consumption.MST2005 and the definite element method are used to calculate and analyze the three new structures. At the same time, we achieved a lot of academic and proof trail date from the model. Represented the difference statics force character and other character between the three structures and the common string structures, we summarized the date with a great deal of graphs and tables. As stared above, this three new type space structure behaves much better than other truss structures, such as better rigidity, better seismic fortification, better capacity to resist wind load. Because of these advantages, the application of the new structure among large span structures is very good.
