The fine aggregate is the micro-particle which is machine-made by rock and diameter is mainly less than 0.16 mm. It includes the artificial sand whose diameter is less than 0.16 mm and specialized milled rock powder. The shape of the fine aggregate is irregular shape which is similar to the cement.Appropriate amount of fine aggregate whose diameter is equal to the cementations material's, filled with gaps and enwrapping the sand surface with Cementations Material together, is as to increasing cementations material. The fine aggregate can improve the Workability, the Heterogeneity, the Density, the impermeability of the RCC (Roller compacted concrete) in some extent, The fine aggregate can improve the strength , the rupturing toughness and the viscidity of bedding plane. The fine aggregate can reduce the content of the cement and fly-ash powder and thermal insulation temperature rise. The increase of fine aggregate content is one of measures improving the quality of The RCC, which also reduces cost. This content of the paper: Determining the optimal content of fine aggregate through the effect of sand density and the RCC setting time by the different contents of fine aggregate I Determining the RCC working property by the invariable cement content and the variable fine aggregate content replaces the port Fly-ash powder; Determining the RCC working property by the invariable water-cement ratio , invariable workability and increasing the content of the fine aggregate in natural sand; Determining the physical effect by variable content of the fine aggregate; Determining the effect by variable content of the fine aggregate which is enwrapping the aggregate. Deterring the impaction to the RCC shrinking, impermeability by variable content of the fine aggregate;...
