Three-lane Arch Tunnel Numerical Fitting Construction Process Research, Comparison And Selection

The Study of three lines in chain tunnels, which in different classification rockmass and different environment ,and their geometry parameters design of construction and load calculation is a practical problem, which needs to be solved. According to the research content of this project, which untaken by Central South University, i.e. "Numerical simulation of construction process of three lines chain and its construction schedule, and on the base of summary of some references from abroad and internal, and design code, some research work has been done in this dissertation, and the some useful results have been gained:(1)To different forms chain tunnel, i.e. circle, rectangle and ellipse type, the distribution of stress and displacement by excaving are analyzed, and the ground pressure in surrounding rockmass are disclosed.(2)To I, II, III, IV, V grade rockmass three lines in chain tunnels, construction in different stage are simulated by numerical calculation method. On the point of security, the proper excaving and reinforcement schedule are put forward.(3)On the base of ground pressure and "load transfer effect" during construction in chain tunnels, the proper construction schedules are made.(4)The influences of explosion on reinforcement of three lines in single tunnel and mid insulation wall in chain tunnel are analyzed, the ground pressure caused by explosion in three lines tunnels of chain tunnels are also disclosed. The result will be useful to arrange the construction design.The research results of this dissertation will be useful to structure design and construction of chain tunnels or chain tunnels, it will lead the structure and construction of chain tunnels to be more economic and properly.
