The program of the up-down lines is the foundation of organizing and commanding station daily production, and directly related to it that if the trains can run on schedules punctuality. Station prepares it for the basis of the train approaches, organizations passengers. Utilization of arrival and departure tracks in railroad passenger stationadopts manual preparation now, we must improve the station's automation, using computer preparation and adjustment to the plan of using the lines.To improve the automation level and the transportation efficacy of passenger station, the technical operation for passenger train arrival and departure at passenger station was analyzed in detail, and the utilization optimization model of arrival and departure tracks in passenger station was established.The model achieves the following three targets:the convenience of riding for passengers ,safety assurance for both train and technical operation , and effective utilization of the technical equipments for train operation at station. It is considered to arrange a rank higher train firstly. The model is calculated by applying multiple target programming theory as well as branch and bound method. Then proceed to the analysing and system designing, detailed description of the overall system design principles, ideas and structures.Finally,we did the designing about GuangZhou east station. In the train operation chart has been prepared for the situation,we designed Utilization of arrival and departure tracks in railroad passenger station. the model and the algorithm are introduced to GuangZhou east passenger station. The ideal effect is obtained,and the model is feasible. The result of the paper offer references for the program of the up-down lines based on CTC.
