| The key point in the process of electrolyzing in the smelting industryis that saving energy sources, increasing efficiency and the steady runningof the commutating and power supply system. At present, totallyautomatic control and unattended haven't been realized in the rectifingpower supply system. The optimizing and control system of high-powercommutating and power supply system is designed and developed inorder to realize automatic control, current stabilization control andimprove rectifier efficiency. The whole system contains current digitalautomatic closed-loop control system of rectifier unit and series currentintelligent optimizing and decision-making system based on the rectifierefficiency. Total digital automatic control is realized in the power supplysystem, the rectifier efficiency is improved, electrical energy loss isreduced, safety, economical and reliable operation of the electrolyticpower supply system.The total digital closed-loop control system is designed aiming at thehigh power supply system. The system is a double closed-loop systemwhich is composed of the host computer, PLC and the total digital triggercontroller. The outer-loop controls the series current, which is controlledby the host computer. The inner-loop is used to control the current ofsingle rectifier unit. Thereinto, diode rectifier units are controlled throughregulating the grads of the transformer by PLC And SCR units areregulated roughly by grades controller and adjusted remotely by the totaldigital trigger controller to improve the stabilized current accuracy and toinsure the power supply running safely and reliably. The SCR units arecontrolled by digital PI, and a expert decoupling strategy is proposed torealize the cooperated control between grades of the transformer andcontrolling angle of the SCR.Intelligently optimizing running system of rectifier units based onreal-time expert intelligent control system is designed in allusion to thecharacteristic of the power supply system by multi-dimensions,non-linearity and multi-indeterminations. Knowledge of Real-time expertsystem contains running data, fact, mathematic model, heuristic knowledge and meta knowledge. Progressive reasoning control strategybased on combination with CBR and RBR is put forward in order toimprove the reality and reliability of the expert system. The optimalsystem accomplishes automatically the outer-loop control of seriescurrent. The system choose the rectifier units and the distributive currentof the rectifier units automatically under the precondition of electrolyzingelectricity demand and the demand of power factor. The objective of thesystem is to improve the rectifier efficiency and to decrease electricalenergy loss of the rectifying. Then PLC and the toal digital triggercontroller make cooperated control, not only insuring series powerdemand of reduction cell, but also making the rectifing power supplysystem running economically. |
