Because of the abruptivenessand fast response of sea war under modernand high technique condition, we need to develop debarkation passageurgently under a certain condition to insure that troops launch an attackand move quickly with not be blockaded by enemy torpedo and obstacle.Different countries are studying the method of mine sweeping andDestroying Obstacles. This paper deals with the study of hotspots ofunderwater cluster exploding technique, basing on the underwater clusterexploding technique of underwater communication, and especially analyzesthe nodus of rail-palisade explosion technique and then puts forward aviable solution.This paper starts from the neritic underwater communication theory---synchronous output theory of received signal, and then the underwatercommunication technique,the shallow water channel technique andunderwater exploding technique are discussed in detail. Basing on theBasic Theories, this paper studies the signal Receiving Systems of rocketprojectile. Commence on the nodus, emphasize the theory analyze, moduledesign, experimentation demonstrate and result analyze.
