The dynamic characteristic of the crankshaft of a mainframe industrial compressor, which has direct impact on holistic capabilities of the compressor, such as working stability and life-span, is very complicated in high-speed motion. It is very important to investigate theoretically and practically in the dynamic characteristic of a crank.This paper investigate the crankshaft of K5206NM compressor, and it covers follow contents: (1) establish three-dimension solid model of this type of compressor acquired by the finite element modeling and analysis software I-DEAS; (2) analyze the two-step maze-compressor in thermodynamics theory, and obtain the variety of the air pressure exerted on the piston during every step of this compressor; (3) establish simulation model of crank-connecting rod using software ADAMS and obtain the air transient force imposed on different part of this crankshaft using kinematics and dynamics simulation, and acquire boundary condition of this crankshaft in further transient response analyzing; (4)analyze the mode of the crankshaft to acquire its intrinsic frequence and mode by simplifing the model of the crankshaft of this maze-compressor in refine-mesh model, and analyze the impact of structure parameter on dynamic characteristic of the crankshaft; (5) analyzing the structure transient response of this crankshaft, and obtain modification scheme based on the results of structure dynamic analysis.Through the above-mentioned research, this paper obtains some useful conclusion that can be labeled as reference and be practically and theoretically used in crankshaft weight optimization of this type of compressor.
