Nuclear medicine imaging is the functional imaging, which can detect the early functional changes, blood supplies and metabolic changes of heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung and other organs. It plays an important role in disease diagnosis and treatment.Nuclear medical imaging instrument obtain the imaging through scintillation crystal to detect the launch 7-ray from the body radioactive tracer. Because of the radionuclide statistical characteristics, the performance of nuclear medical imaging instrument has some weaknesses. According to NEMA standard test requirements, we do the spatial resolution, energy resolution, flood field uniformity and spatial linearity performance measurements of scintillation cameras, then develop the corresponding performance testing software.When the performance indicators of scintillation cameras are deteriorated, we can improve the instrument performance indicators of scintillation cameras and image quality through specific data correction algorithm. In this paper, we analyze the reasons of the energy, uniformity and linearity corrections in the scintillation cameras. We carry out those three corrections by software, through set up mathematical calibrated models, and complete the corresponding correction programs. At last, we verify the feasibility of the program from deal with the original source data from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.Since PET has been widely used in clinical currently, the accuracy of event location is very important. In this paper, the data processing of PET detector module is deeply studied. We analyze the reasons of position calibration, optimize the algorithm of calibrate the detector modules. The method of obtain position and energy look-up table is detailed introduced. Then we process the collection data from PET detector module, complete position calibration, and enhance the event location capability of PET detector module.
