The composite material of conducting polymers/inorganics nano-particals has combined the characteristics of conducting polymers and inorganics nano-particals, and has been extensively applied to chemistry,electron,physics,optics,biomaterial and so on. However , the conducting polymers usually can't be melted down, and can't be dissolved in most solvent. Moreover inorganics nano-particals have the quite high exterior energy,the high active exterior and easy agglomeration .Therefore the ultimate problem of preparation of conducting polymers/inorganics nano-particals is that nano-particals are symmetrical detached into the composite material as well as nano measure. If they are oversimplified mixed, or mixed when they are liquated, the problem can't be figured. So we need to excogitate the new means and technics.We adopt sol—gel to fabricate two kind composite films of PANI/nano-TiO2: PANI/nano-TiO2 double deck composite film and PANI/nano-TiO2 composite film. The preparation method of PANI/nano- TiO2 double deck composite film: firstly, we adopt cyclic voltammetry of electrochemistry to fabricate PANI film, and the film is green; secondly, we hold it into titanium dioxide sol and raise as well as definite speed. The preparation method of PANI/nano-TiO2 composite film: firstly, the PANI is dissolved in NMP to form liquor. Secondly, some volume liquor of PANI is symmetrically mixed with the ethanol liquor of TTIP to fabricate PANI/TiO2 sol. Finally, we hold medicine glass into PANI/TiO2 sol and rose to fabricate film as well as the same speed.We have observed the exterior appear of the films by dint of SEM: the PANI film is quite slick,symmetrical,even, the exterior of pure TiO2 film and the TiO2 film of the exterior of PANI/ nano-TiO2 double deck composite film is conform and quite slick, but there are some channels after sol .We can conclude that the average size of nano-TiO2 is 8 nm and the PANI have not infect the rime of the nano-TiO2 from XRD atlas. We can conclude that PANI have strong effected with nano-TiO2 at interface from infrared absorption spectrum.We have measured the PL spectrum of the pure TiO2 film,PANI/ nano-TiO2 double deck composite film and PANI/ nano-TiO2 composite film using F—4500 fluorescence spectrophotometer. Due to Quantum Dimension Effect, the PL of the three kinds films have some blue shift compared to the character apex of TiO2. But Dielectric Confinement Effects exist in the last two samples, so their PL has some red shift compared to the pure TiO2 film.
