Along with the expanding of bridge span and broader using of new materials, new crafts and new construct methods in bridge engineering, the construction by section control for long-span bridge has already become an indispensable part in bridge construction. In foundation of summarize former construction control theory and method, this thesis in view of long-span bridge construction by section control, proposed some improvement measure, formed a set of long-span bridge construction by section control theory and method, and had obtained good effect in the Zidong bridge's practical application in Foshan.1,this thesis summarized many kinds of deflection computational method, and carried on the analysis and the comparison to three camber computational method.2,In view of construction error, measuring error and parameter error which mainly meets in long-span bridge construction by section control process, proposed the concrete solution separately. Namely eliminate the construction error and the measuring error with Kalman's filtering method, then carry on the parameter estimation with the least square method, and eliminate parameter error.3,In view of the error which caused by temperature in construction control process, used mechanics method, proposed a kind of simplification temperature effect analytic method, and used in the Zidong bridge construction control, the practice proved this method is feasible and effective.4,In view of the construction by section characteristic of long-span bridge, divided the adaptive control process into two stages to carry on, and take the Zidong bridge as a project background, to introduce each stage control method in detail. Through this method, we accurately grasped various kind of error which appeared in the construction process. And take this as the basis, adjusted the elevation of formwork erection at back stages in time, finally made the bridge closed up smoothly, and the bridge linear conformed the design requirement.
