| In order to improve the reliability of the nuclear Generating Sets and the stabilization of the power system, prevent the long time low frequency oscillation caused by the disturbed of the outside electrical net, assured improving the stabilization margin of the nuclear generating sets in the precondition of enough transient stability, validate the sensitivity of the parameter to the damping of Generating Sets of the MEC5220 digital excitation adjustor produce in Japan that used in the Second Project of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, confirm the parameter rationality of the digital excitation adjustor, optimize the parameter of PSS, in this paper, we put up a in-depth study to the principle of MEC5220 digital adjustor produce in Japan by the PSS/E software that develop by the PTI Company in the USA, completed the modeling of the excitation adjustor, PSS, generator, excitor, described the performance of this excitation adjustor, analyzed the essential reason that caused the low frequency oscillation, illuminated the factor that influence the damping characteristic of the MEC5220 digital excitation adjustor. Based on model and emulate, this paper optimized the primary parameter of the excitation adjustor, make a reasonable regulation to the PSS parameter. Based on the modeling , emluate of the digital excitation adjustor, and the study of PSS transfer function, the former parameter of the excitation have been optimized,and the parameter of the PSS also been optimized, the influence that TB,TC,KPR,KIR of the MEC5220 excitation adjustor to the damp characteristic sensitivity of the Generating Sets have been illuminated , and carry out a Step Response test when the generator in no-load and load, and the great disturb also been tested. The comparing test of the primary parameter and the optimized parameter of the excitation adjustor and PSS have been bring to success, and the results proved out that the mathematics model of the excitation adjustor is validity ,the optimized parameters are scientific and reasonable.Based on the analysis and study of the performance of excitation adjustor and the optimized parameters of the PSS, the PSS have been put into operation successful, and the step sesponse test have been finished in the locale while the generator in different work conditions, the test results proved out that the stability magin and the damping characteristics of the generator sets are all increase greatly.In order to validate the reasonablity of the excitation adjustor regulating parameter, and the science and correctness of the optimized parameter of PSS, a actual trial test that make the 500kV power system earthing by manual in the locale been carried out, the test result improve that ,the reactive power of the generator increase greatly, the active power comeback greatly in the period of the malfunction period, the reactive power only fluctuate 1.5 times after malfunction disappeared, the resulta improved that the generating sets have a good stabilization parameter and damping parameter, the test gain a great success. |
