The piston compressor is widely applied in the process of exploitation and transportation of natural gas.When piston compressor runs,the non-equilibrium inertia force and inertia couple in internal machine often produce strong vibration on the set of compressor.The strong vibration on the set not only badly affects normal running of the device,but also generates noises in the form of external radiation and arouses vibration on the surrounding ground,which also do great harm to such aspect as the physical and mental health of staff,the normal lives of surrounding people,safety of the building,the regular use of precise instrument and so on.The paper is precisely under this kind of background,based on the basic theory of vibration,elastic wave theory and acoustic science and so on,starting from the situation of vibration on the sits of piston compressor,to penetrate into the research on noise radiation which causes by the vibration and the ground vibration,forming a new approach of vibration on basis sets of piston compressor,vibration noises and analysis of ground vibration.,therefore,it is of great realistic significance to do research on the vibration of basis sets of piston compressor.The main content of this paper follows;(1)Based on the basic theory of vibration and elastic wave theory,wave equation of elastomer three-dimensional space is deduced on the basis of the elastic medium stress,strain, the relationship of the stress and strain(constitutive equation)and motion equation;according to the resolution of vector field,wave equation of elastomer three-dimensional space is divided into S-wave,P-wave wave equation;elastic fluid wave equation is developed on the basis of the constitutive relationship of elastic fluid and wave equation of elastomer three-dimensional space.(2)Analyzing the types of the piston compressor set,the types of disturbing force and the calculation method,based on the computational model of "particle-spring-damper" and "half-space theory",vibration model on the set of piston compressor is developed,using the vibrating-shape decomposition method and complex function to carry on analyzing and solving the two kind vibration model.(3)Analyzing the feature of the set vibration and radiation sound field,aiming at the definite solution problem of piston compressor and vibration radiation noise,the set vibration model is simplified to vibrated sphere source of complicated vibration model,the definite solution model of vibrated sphere source is developed on the basis of the wave equation of elastomer three-dimensional space and the Neumann boundary value condition of interspaces acoustic field,and making use of method of separation to solve the model.(4)According to the empirical formula of current caleulation of vertical ground vibration amplitude and the feature of Rayleigh wave that vibration arouse on the elastic half-space free surface,combining the empirical formula and the definite solution model of Rayleigh wave to ground surface vibration replacement when computing basis sets vibration.(5)Applying the model and method mentioned above,the analysis and computation program of the vibration of piston compressor are developed.The scope of the application and the limitation of various model and the computational method in the system on the basis of calculation results are analyzed.
