It's indicated in the "Eleventh Five Year Plan" to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure in our country, we must strength the matching capability of marine industry. Improving the ship design, building and operation is very important action to enhance our competitiveness in the international market. And it's a project of lasting importance to save energy and resources by improve marine energy saving technology in China.Both for the development strategy of country and the needs from people's living, this research pay attention to build a healthy and comfortable indoor environment on ship with a lower energy comnsumption. Although large numbers of findings in home and aborad showed the influence of indoor thermal environment on human's healthy and work efficiency, the climate's variability on the sea, the cabin's complexity and difference of population will make the situation more different from that on island. How can we save energy under a thermal comfortable condition?With these questions, a ship saling on the East Ocean was taken for researching, the design parameter was optimized and the ventilation and control sysytam was improved, which leads to a system with high thermal comfort and low energy consumption. In the abstract, the PMV index was selected to evaluate the thermal comfort, the influence of environment parament on thermal sensation was discussed, the PMV index was caculated using Matlab, and an optimal design parameter group was recommended. With an investigation, the reason why the Thermal Sensation Vote is different from the Predicted Mean Vote was foud out, and this problem can be resolved with a correct factor for clothing insulation and metabolicratio, the deviation between PMV and TSV were minished, the influence of indoor air tempreture and thermal sesation on work efficiency was discussed and the preferable tempreture was caculated. The original ventilation method was analysed and improved with CFD simulation, and a result that displacement ventilation has a well performance than the original one. Three different control plan wasput forward and the performance between traditional tempreture based PID control and PMV based neutral networkcontrol was simulated with the Simulink software.
