H8190 Diesel Engine Turbocharging System And Combustion System Research And Development,

In recent years, in order to satisfy the demands of dynamical, environmental, energy etc., the requirements for design and development of diesel engine getting higher and higher. For high-power diesel engine, the core is its pressure charging system and combustion system. So the performance merits of those two factors play a decisive effect to the diesel engine technology.This thesis mainly studies the pressure charging and combustion system aiming at H8190 type diesel engine. By combining theoretical analysis, computer simulation analysis and experimental together, the writer makes more detailed and in-depth investigation to those both system. This paper also adopts the boost simulation calculation to identify the design alternative of pressure charging system and combustion system of H8190 type diesel engine.Through using the one-dimensional boost calculation software developed by company AVL, this thesis analysis the influence on power, economic and emission performance from pressure charging system and combustion system. According to the structural characteristics of H8190 diesel engine, the writer makes detailed design to the structure of supercharged exhaust pipe, combustion chamber, intake and exhaust port, injection pump and nozzle to determine the designing plan for pressure charging system and combustion system.At last, the paper states the performance results of H8190 Diesel Engine on test bench and analysis the combusting process as well as the load, speed, promoting and constant torque characteristics of whole engine. The results show that the combusting organization and pressure charge match very well. The index of economic, power, emission performance and adaptability has achieved or even better than the design requirements. So it could fully meet the power needs of Marine mainframe, generating as well as engineering ship.
