Taking 103 landslide in Hang Jin-qu highway as investigated objectes, this paper adopts some methods like theory analysis, monitoring on spot and design to research on the basic character, form mechanism ,its stability of some conditions and treatment measure, then got such main research findings:(1) According to investigating the area of 103 landslide to conclude that landslide deformable boundry was formed and developing, but the landslide surface was not formed . then forcasting the developing trend of landslide; According to analysis on the influence factors to conclude form mechanismof landslide: K103 lanslide was sliping-rip.(2) Combined the condition of landslide with design and construction experience to choose retaining wall, prestressed bolt and drainage tunnel to strengthen the landslide as emergency measure approved that method was effective and ensured the construction safty(3)By calculating stability of the landslide in some conditions concluded that safety coefficient was raised with the ground water reduction; but in order to increase the safty of landslide should support larger counter-sliding force as used anti-slide pile. The emergency measure can ensure the safety of landslide, but it was lower, then need to taking other measures.(4)Accoring to the analysis of safty and compared with some diposed means, design adopt the measures ,such as unload the upward of landslide and setting anti-slide pile in the lower. Through calculation approved that safty coefficient can meet the require. Integrating the monitoring that landslide was safty.(5)In order to approve the effective of design , taking some measures to monitor the landslide but the calculation. the data indicated that the displacement was small, the landslide was safty.
