With the rapid development of MEMS technique, the inertial devices based on MEMS technology are becoming mature progressively. MIMU has a series of advantages such as small volume, light weight, low power consumption and high dependability, so the strap-down inertial system and integrated system based on MIMU have outstanding application prospects in many fields especially in military area. Therefore, the research of Strap-down Inertial/GPS integrated system is made in this thesis.In this dissertation, firstly, according to the development situation of MEMS both home and abroad, the performance of strap-down attitude reference system based on several kinds of MIMU has been analyzed and researched; On the whole, the precision of the strap-down inertial attitude reference system based on MIMU is lower than that based on traditional inertial devices. So, following that, the research of Strap-down Inertial/GPS integrated system based on MIMU is carried on and Kalman filtering algorithem is adopted to make data fusion. Finally, a kind of navigation computer based on DSP and MCU is designed to satisfy the requirements of integrated system.In this paper, the algorithem of strap-down inertial system which has been accomplished can be used to analyze the performance of strap-down inertial attitude reference system; The arithmetic of Strap-down Inertial/GPS integrated system based on MIMU has been finished and the simulation results of integrated system indicate that its precision has been improved obviously; The navigation computer based on DSP and MCU which has been achieved lays the foundation for the project realization of the whole system.
