| This paper bases on the practical engineering project "High Speed Ball-screw Comprehensive Property Measurement System". According to the test requirement for high speed ball-screw and the development of high speed ball-screw test technical, developed the high speed ball-screw measurement system. Then do test analysis of high speed ball-screw with high speed ball-screw measurement system.Based on the analysis about test requirement for high speed ball-screw, this paper did research include: Design and analysis of the whole system; Constructed the DAQ system by NI6251, and realized the real-time measurement for high speed ball-screw; Construct the servo control system of main spindle with GT200—SV motion control card, and realized the PID controlling of servomechanism; Built the mathematics model of servomechanism, and provided the academic base for optimizing the system for future; Write the controlling program for servomechanism, and combined the DAQ and controlling software; solved the practical problems during assembling and debugging, and perfected the function of each part. Finally, this paper analyzed the comprehensive property of high speed ball-screw, and point out feasible way to product high speed ball-screw.According to the practical using, this system can meet the investigation requirement of high speed ball-screw. |
