For long-span continuous rigid frame railway bridge, it is not only necessary to study the vibration problems when trains run through the bridge without wind action, but also the problems of safety and comfort for the trains under strong winds when the bridge is in the typhoon-prone region. Under such background, this paper carries out a systemic study focuseing on the Prime Bridge Of Dashengguan Nanjing Yangtze River, which is a continuous steel truss bridge with three prime truss 108 + 192+2x336+192 + 108m in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and more over,it contains detailed dynamic simulation calculation and analysis of the dynamic responses of the bridge and train under the action of the wind load and trains load together. The following words are the details of the major tasks of this paper:1,It summarizes the research results of the bridge dynamic analysis under strong wind action and expounds the necessity of the analysis of the wind-train-bridge coupling vibration system.2,Perfect analysis models of the vehicle, bridges dynamics,and a truss element model which is related to the deformation of the bridge deck are established . Based on the principle of total potential energy with stationary value in elastic system dynamics and the "set in right position" rule for formulating system matrixes, the corresponding overall vibration equation of the train-continuous steel truss arch bridge time-dependent system is established.3,According to the numerical simulation theory of random wind field for long-span bridge, numerical simulation of random fluctuating wind field at White Horse River Bridge is made in this paper.4. Based on the above analysis models, it makes numerical calculation of dynamic response for the bridge and train with wind load and vehicle load acting at the same time, And the following is a comparative analysis of the dynamic response of the bridge and vehicle divided into two aspects, which are different speeds, different wind speed. Throughing calculation and analysis, the following conclusions are deduced: (1) with wind load and train load acting together, the response of the transverse vibration mainly depends on the wind load, while the vertical vibration displacement mainly depends on the factor of dead weight of the train. (2) The vehicles' dynamic response gradually increases with the train speed and wind speed approximately. (3)The increase of the speed of the train and wind affect remarkably on the coefficient of the train being off track, the decreasing rate of the load of wheels, the first two are more sensitive to the change of the wind speed. (4)Based on the safe conditions of train moving, we get the valve value of curve of wind speed of different trains passing through the bridge.
