Intelligent Traffic Dynamic Route Guidance Algorithm

Intelligent transportation system is the best acknowledged method to solve problems in traffic field at present, such as traffic jam, traffic block, traffic accident, traffic pollution. Traffic flow guidance system is the core researching subject in intelligent transportation system and also the best way to avoid urban partial traffic jam. Furthermore, the study of traffic flow guidance theory is based on how well real-time dynamic route choice is researched, about which many researchers did some works in variety of aspects, and as well obtained some important achievements. However, the models established often had many problems such as quantities of computing, long time of optimizing and unfitting for large size traffic network. This dissertation, considering fully about the need of studying intelligent transportation system and its application in China, did some researches in the forecasting dynamic route choice theory based on the computing intelligence theory.First of all, introduce the background and the research contents of intelligence transportation system and traffic flow guidance system. Points out its character are to synthesize the consideration to the person, car and road. the that passes to induce a pilot goes behavior to improve road to deliver personally to a system, prevent forming the traffic jam occurrence, reducing vehicle in sojourn time on the road, and end carry out the reasonable allotment that the transportation flows each road segment in the network.In addition, the text introduced the origins and current situation of computational intelligence, point out that computational intelligence has the superiority that traditional artificial intelligence can't compare to. Its feature is that it does not need to build the accurate model and most fit for the solution to the real-time traffic flow. At the same time the inherits and the immunity algorithm are described, provided the theories foundation for the application study of behind.Next, according to the feather of real-time traffic flow ,the author put forward a kind of new forecasting algorithm based on support vector machine(SVM).This algorithm has many advantages such as simple structure, good aptablity, comprehensive optimization, short training time etc. We can obtain the best answer between the model complexity and the studying ability .Imitate result indicates that algorithm based on SVM is higher in accuracy than other common algorithm and have the good outlook in real-time traffic flow forecasting.Finally, summarize the thesis, and point out the future research prospect.
