| Since 80's in 20 centuries, although some flourishing nation in world already set up modern and national road net, along with the development of the society economy, the road net's transportation discharge can't satisfy the demand, the transportation hustles and stops gradually become serious.Through long-term and extensive research, gradually, some flourishing nations become to use high and new technique to reform the existing road conveyance system, raising the network's transportation discharge significantly. A new realm named ITS come up, brief name of the Intelligent Transportation System. International acknowledged ITS include: Advanced Transportation Management System, Commercial Vehicle Operational System, Electronics Charge System, Public Transportation Operational System, Emergency Management System, Advanced Vehicle Control System.Advanced Realtime Transportation Information System is an important part of ITS. Currently international representational system contains TMC of Europe, TRAVTEK of the United States, VICS and ATIS of Japan. But domestic's research in ITS is still in the start stage currently. This topic's object is designing and realizing a new Vehicle Navi System which includes similiar functions in China's navi production, hopes it can expand the new realm for domestic ITS research and application.We call it RTIC (Real-time Transportation System in China).First,this thesis introduced some basic knowledge and the development process of the Vehicle Navigation System and ITS, then introduced the foundation and theorieses for developing RTIC function. For having a system overall idea, the thesis introduced the development scheme of hardware, agreement, and electronics map data, which are carried on synchronously with software development. Then give a overall software design scheme and detail realization. The designed system can make use of the transportation information data for navigation reasonablely, raising the utilization of the city network, easing transportation discharge. |
