Hyperspectral imaging is widely used in military and civilian applications because of the rich spatial and spectral information it provides about the scene being imaged in a spectral resolution of a magnitude of nanometer. The reconstruct of interferogram has become an important problem of hyperspectral imaging. In this dissertation hyperspectral image reconstruct is studied, and the main work of this dissertation is summarized as follows: the theory of Fourier transform spectroscopy is studied, a prototype triangle common-path IFTS is designed and manufactured, and the parameters of optical system are measured. The theory of apodization is studied, the principle of selection is determined, the triangle apodization and the cosine apodization are studied, and the effect of apodization functions to the reconstruct is analyzed. Causes of phase error is analyzed, the effect of ZPD and sampling error to the reconstruct are studied, the impact of the choice of apodization function to the phase correct and the impact of phase correct to reconstruct is analyzed. After Symmetrical processing of interferogram and FFT, the reconstructed spectrum is obtained. In this dissertation, four key techniques of hyperspectral imaging reconstruct are studied, A program of hyperspectral image processing is developed, the result of experiment show that the algorithm of reconstruct matches design requirement of the prototype.
