SFRC (SFRC, Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete) is a new type of composite materials. Steel fibers play an effective way, such as prevent split, increasing the toughness and strength. It can make full use of the characteristics of the various components and materials between the performance of transmission. It is an ideal composite material.Base on the technology project of Shandong Educational office named J05N01 "Experimental study and theoretical analysis about the concrete structures' resistance attenuation rule in the dynamic environment of corrosion under cyclic loading". Apply the orthogonal design principle, do bending test on nine beams, of which six beams were eroded in the simulated marine environment, study on the steel fibers how to improve the reinforced concrete beam's flexural and durability. First of all, base on the study's status and the problems which the reinforced concrete and steel fiber reinforced concrete faced .raising the task. Some beams were eroded for 45 or 90 days before the bending test. During the course of corrosion measure the beam's corrosion potential with a half-cell potential method, in accordance with the standard which be drawn by China's Ministry of Metallurgical to evaluate the degree of the steel's corrosion.According to test results, using the intuitive analysis to find the relationship between the steel fiber reinforced concrete beams' cracking load, the yield load ,the failed load and the volume of steel fiber, the steel fiber reinforced concrete thickness, the corrosion time. In order to use the steel blades best , ensuring the structure economical, reducing the difficulty of construction, choose the best steel fiber content portfolio to effectively enhance the steel fiber reinforced concrete beams' flexural performance while analyzing how the steel fiber influent the durability of the steel fiber reinforced concrete beams under the marine environment.According to the crack's developing state to study the rule of the beam's crack develop, studying the relationship between the crack spacing, crack width and the volume of steel fiber, the steel fiber reinforced concrete thickness, and the corrosion time. Analyze the role that the steel fiber played in restricting the crack's developing. The results of this study will provide the scientific basis to the durability design of the steel fiber reinforced concrete which under the marine environment.
