Brushless DC motor in the speed,controllability,reliability,small size,light weight,high efficiency,economy and so has obvious advantages,the various fields in today's economy,such as automotive,medical equipment,instrumentation,chemical industry,textile and home appliances, such as the increasing popularity of the application.Especially as the driving force vehicles,electric vehicles has been widespread concern around the world.In the course of development of electric vehicles,batteries and low energy density of vehicles traveling on a maximum mileage charge short, has always been a bottleneck restricting the development of one of the issues.To solve this problem the main way to,first,to increase the energy density batteries,and the other is to improve the efficiency of brushless DC motor.In this paper,mainly from the efficiency of brushless DC motor to start the study area.Improve the efficiency of brushless DC motor can optimize the structural design aspects and parameters can also be run in the brushless DC motor,through the optimal operation of the control parameters to improve the operating efficiency of electric motors.The focus of this paper is:under the condition of the vehicle is running,select the optimal control parameters.Brushless DC motor through the electromagnetic torque with the rotor angle changes in the relationship between the theoretical analysis,a new variable on-control.In the motor in the medium and small load,by reducing the conduction angle to improve the efficiency of electric motors,and large load,the conduction angle increases to maintain the momentum of the motor.Text in the brushless DC motor has been established on the basis of the mathematical model of the motor,and through finite element software for electromagnetic torque motor dynamic process simulation,to obtain the motor electromagnetic torque and rotor angle curves(waveform),further evidence of the control variable on-time in part load operation of brushless DC motor to improve the efficiency of the feasibility.Variable conduction in accordance with the requirements of control,the development of a single-chip microcomputer as the core LPC935 brushless DC motor control system,Achieved through the control software,variable on-control,and electric vehicles in a comparative test carried out.Test results show that small and medium-load,motor speed,respectively 100,150,200 r / min, variable turn-on operation of motor control over the entire conduction efficiency of control can be increased by 10%~15%.This shows that optimal operation of the control parameters,brushless DC motor to improve the operating efficiency is a clear effect.
