The Design And Application Of Complex Foundation On A Project In Xi'an

With the development of the groung treatment and the composite foundation theory,in recent years,composite foundation is widely applied in all of the china. CFG pile as a kind of groung treatment,plays the significant role in capital construction of our country by research and application in recent ten years.As now,CFG pile is widely applied in all kings of the projects ,such as architectures,roads,railroads and airports,especially in tall buildings.As a result,the research for CFG pile composite foundation has great value in society and economical aspect.In this paper, according to the actual situation, bearing capacity of natual foundation is analyzed for every construction phase and CFG pile composite foundation is used for ground treatment. Through disscussing the ideas,concepts and methods of the design about CFG pile,the reasonable design parameters and construction technology is used.Through studing the mechanic behavious of CFG pile, the reasonable design parameters and construction technology is used. Through testing on the static load, it shows that: the bearing capacity of composite foundation and ground deformation is under the limit of related regulation. Tension pile is used to solve the problem that the buoyancy of groundwater makes adverse effects on basement. In engineering , post-pouring belt for settlement is reasonably arranged where vertical force is obvious difference , meanwhile structuring measures is used on the foundation on the both sides of the post-pouring belt for settlement,to solve the adverse effects on structure caused by differential settlement . In this project, the ideas and methods of the design and selection of parameters about the complex foundation has great reference value to other projects in Loess Region such as Xi'an. This design methord is reasonable and effective in application. In this project,the ideas and methords of the design and selection of parameters about the complex foundation not only take provide to other projects in Loess Region such as Xi'an,but also has great refence value to the CFG pile application for tall buildings in Loess Region.
