The energy of sun is a huge self-born resource, is one of the main substitute of petrifaction resource largely used at present, and it is one of cleanly resource available by human. Therefore, the exploitive of the energy of sun has a great strategic meaning. This thesis has designed a photovoltaic inverter module. The inverter module is high-stability, high-efficiency, has a simple structure.The traditional inverter's output come from power frequency transformer commonly. Although the technology is very reliable, but it still has some shortcoming. For example, the volume and weight of the system is huge, the power density is low, it is difficult to carry. And it's price is high.In accordance with the shortcoming of traditional inverter, the article adopts high frequency inverter technology. With BOOST DC/DC converter to step-up the voltage, the main circuit of inverter is half-Bridge topology.The main job of this article is followed:1. It briefly introduces the present situation and the development prospects of light volt generation at home and abroad and also introduces the function, classification and characteristic of light volt incorporation system, and can get an overall understanding of the light volt generating system.2. This article analyzed the topology, the operating principle, the each component in detail of the main circuit of the power conversion circuit.3. Final, a 5KW photovoltaic inverter module is produced successfully; the experimental waveforms are obtained; and are applied to other Grid-connected PV systems.
