This subject detailed study and analysis the cooling structure of one engine low pressure turbine blade and calculate it's temperature distribution. According to cooling design characteristic and temperature distribution and it's work condition on the engine, the multi-channel and ribs with a angle are used to improve the old inter cooling structure. This work is on sight of the engineer design and the cooling structure which are generally used in engine nowadays. This subject give six kinds of different inner cooling structure, and calculate their cool flow and heat transfer and temperature distribution under the condition that the volume of air flow is certain. By way of analysis and comparing, chose one kind of inner cooling structure to design.Comparing with old blade, it shows that the improving blades enhance the heat transfer and cooling of their head and trail area cooling by way of using the multi-channel and ribs with a angle and giving reasonable cooling air distribution. The temperature of trail area is lower than old blade, and the temperature of middle area is lower than old blade, so the temperature difference is lower than old blade, and the temperature distributing is more reasonable than old blade. At the same time the improving blades enhance the heat transfer and cooling of their root part and tip part, and reduce the temperature of their root part and tip part. So the radial temperature difference is lower than old blade. The improving designs reduce the hot stress of whole blade; raise the ability bearing high temperature. The cooling effect of the improving blade has got the clear improvement under the condition that the volume of air flow is certain. The calculation results with the design tool agree well with the test, especially at the leading-edge and the trailing-edge. The research of inter cooling structure can raise the air cooling blade design standard, and it is important as for the advanced cooling technology to be quickly used in our country.
