This paper discusses a brief and credible recycle technology with horizontal attitude during reentry process. This technology provides a new recycle approach for high speed slightness aircraft and increases the payload.First of all, a suitable aircraft aerodynamic figure model is set up, also aircraft mass characteristic like mass,centroid is determined. Based on this work, project of aircraft gesture adjustment before reentry is introduced, gesture adjustment calculation method and controlling parameters are determined, and then constitute the gesture adjustment mathematics model, then mathematical emulation is done. This paper emphasizes the analysis of spacecraft deceleration effect during reentry. Through establishing 6-freedom reentry ballistic trajectory mathematics model and ballistic trajectory mathematics model with interferences, afterwards both ballistic trajectory model and ballistic trajectory with interferences finish the mathematical emulation, the emulation data and curves are presented in this paper. The results give a conclusion that deceleration effect of reentry is distinct, interferences and warp has little effect on deceleration, so the horizontal reentry recycle technology can come true to engineering. Afterwards the Aerodynamic thermodynamics of reentry is calculated, taking the measure of circumvolving about its axis, aerodynamic thermodynamics is improved evidently. The calculation result indicates the thermal protection is effective. At last, this paper introduces the recycle system project,umbrella system resistance area and type of umbrella chosen, ballistic trajectory after umbrella opening is calculated, the result is that velocity of landing satisfies the demand.Through an in-depth study, horizontal reentry decelerates distinctly, adjustment of gesture technique before reentry,thermal protection technique during reentry and recycle technique after deceleration are solved with reason, most important of all these technique can carry into execution easily.
