Reliability has a great relation to personal safety and economic efficiency. Therefore, more and more attention are focused on the research of reliability. The reliability analysis based on the performance degradation data mainly solve the reliability problems of degradation failure products.This paper mainly research on reliability analysis method based on the performance degradation data, This paper uses bayes method to modify the parameters of the degradation models in order to get more precise analysis result. In addition, this paper takes a hydraulic pump's actual test data for example, analyzes the reliability of hydraulic pump. The main research areas of this paper are as follows:(1) Aiming at the common method of reliability analysis based on the performance degradation path. Firstly, select the model that the degradation data and five models have a better fitting, and estimate its parameters. Then Calculate the pseudo-failure life time based on the failure threshold, and determine the product's life characteristics based on the distribution which the Pseudo-failure obey.(2) Establish the degradation test project of hydraulic pump, that is, establish the degradation test project under normal use conditions and accelerated conditions.(3) The reliability analysis method based on the bayes method. That is, use the bayes method to modify the modulus of the five degradation model.(4) Use the software of matlab to compile the reliability analysis procedure. Include the reliability evaluation procedure for five familiar degradation model and the reliability evaluation procedure based on the accelerated degradation date and the bayes method.(5) Take the practical degradation data of hydraulic pumps as a example. Analyze the degradation data of the hydraulic pump (including the degradation data under accelerated use conditions and normal use conditions), then research their reliability.The purpose of this thesis is to make the reliability analysis of hydraulic pump based on degradation data more precise, and using the bayes methed to modify the parameters of models is a good way to improve their reliability analyzing precise, and it will have a better precise than normal reliability analysis. It is a more effective method to analyze the reliability of mechanical products. Moreover it has a direction significance to the practical project.
