The issue of the calibration of phase shifting interferometor via wavelength tuning is researched. The Time dimension FFT means transform series Light intensity from several settled spots on the interferograms which are sorted by time order. Phase multiply method which is created to reduce voltage stepping rounding error means a process which is useing the periodicity of interferograms to find the best phase shifting step.The calibration and measurment of wavefront is rely on the combination of Time dimension FFT and phase multiply method . Analysis of the dedications to the phase shifting error which are given by the cavity length detecting error , voltage stepping error and major wavelength error . Then rate these key parameters through emulation experiments . Phase multiply method is original inspiration in these paper. Define the range of the Phase multiply number through the research of the power source and the laser tube. The result of emulation experiments which are aided by Matlab shows 83.33% phase shifting error are reduced under or at least equal toπ/1000.
