The radial shearing interferometer is an effective interferometry to measure the wave-front, in which the wave-front to be measured will be spitted into two wave-fronts, one of which has different amplificatory, another has the minified. The interference fringes are made in their overlap area. The wave-fronts can be measured with high precision without setting special reference beam of light, and another advantage of the radial shearing interferometer is not sensitive to the mechanical vibration and the disturbance of the environment.A simple , compact radial shearing interferometer has been designed in this dissertation which can reconstructed wave phase distribution and amplitude distribution from single frame interferogram. Some results have been summarized as follows:According to the principle and typical structure of the radial shearing interferometer, a real radial shearing system has been established, which can measureφ10mm round pupil beam and 10mm×10mm square pupil beam of dynamic or static system. A rapid optical path adjustment method and the analysis of the transmission errors for the real radial shearing system are proposed.Based on the radial shearing wave-front character, the mathematical model of wave iteration is also established, and the calculation for the process of deducing the phase reconstruction and amplitude reconstruction from single frame interferogram is given.A software of the system of saving pictures from CCD has been fulfilled. The interferograms can be automatically saved in this software.A set of integrated mathematical model,data treatment software and high precision device has been provided in this research project for the instantaneous laser beam diagnoses. And it has a wide application foreground in the referred industry.
