The traditional way which transmit value of X-ray's kV to shield room is to use long cable. There is a disadvantage that the analog signal in cable would bring a great error for its creepage. Furthermore, the cable can be hardly arranged flexibility. The dissertation adopt digital wireless technique to solve this problem. The dissertation root in the "wireless data transmit" subsidiary research of "value of kV of X-ray" study, which is contrived by National Institute Measurement and Test Tecnology (NIMTT). Taking the strict use confine of wireless channel into account, the dissertation discuss design the transreceiver of the wireless transmit system working under the Low-UHF band of the ISM(Industry,Science,Medicine).For the on-limits in ISM band, communication would be easily interruptted or be blocked. The dissertation aim at explore another technique which is used to solve this communication problem. In the channel. Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) communication technology excel others in anti-jamming. Nowadays, the wireless means of value of X-ray's kV transmitting have not yet be seen, and Anti-jamming communication technology is not adopted in ISM band, because of no unified communication protocol in ISM band. So, after studying the literature on Frequency Hopping, and analyzing Product requirements, the wireless communication module in ISM band are designed.Contraposing at this, on the bases of analyzing the character of FHSS communication , the dissertation introduce the hardware design of the wireless communication module on the basis of the characteristic of all components of the module. 868MHz Carrier is adopted in this dissertation because of the character in the locale circumstance of the X-ray shield room. Secondly, follwing the demand of this project, the dissertation design the Communication Command, Data Package Format, Error Control, FH Synchronization, FH Sequence Design and AFH Protocol. Thirdly, the dissertation use Visual Basic to develop upper testing application programme on the stage of module testing. Radio module can transmit Data Package, RSSI/LQI, Ack, channel number to PC through the serial interface. The function can lead PC supervise communication , communication interruption and LQI. Compared with the usually communication, the anti-jamming protocol can make the communication module work stability and guarantee the communication efficiency, and the dissertation can be served as practical reference for further study in ISM band.
