Because the flight control of four-rotor unmanned helicopter is relatively easy and its security has been improved greatly, it is paid more attention by researchers. The flight control system of four-rotor unmanned helicopter which determines the various flight performance of four-rotor unmanned helicopter is the vital component of four-rotor unmanned helicopter.This subject surrounds the problem of four-rotor unmanned helicopter's autonomous flight control to design the overall scheme of flight control system with RC model aircraft for flight platform and establish its dynamic mathematical model. On this basis, I have completed the flight control system hardware and software design with TMS320F2812 as the core, including device selection, the hardware circuit design, sub-modular software design. Great deal of debugging work was carried out. Various flows exist in the design were solved in the process of debugging. At the same time, a preliminary study of four-rotor unmanned helicopter's plan design of autonomous flight control has been accomplished. It is to lay a certain foundation in the future for performing more complex tasks such as fixed-point flight, obstacle avoidance, and coordination of multi-flight.The establishment of a perfect four-rotor unmanned helicopter fight control system platform will be helpful to further expand on four-rotor unmanned helicopter flight navigation research, control algorithm design, and control system development. The subject lays a solid foundation for further research on a new type of multi-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) which would meet different conditions.
