The main content of this paper is vickers hardness measurement of welded joint on ships. The results and influencing factors of it are studied and analysed by means of principles of measurement uncertainty and variance analysis. The paper has been divided into five chapters, at first it introduces the basic concepts, theories and characteristics. Then measurement uncertainty is introduced theoretically, and application example analysis of uncertainty is applied on results of vickers hardness measurement of welded joint on ships, subsequently it introduces variance analysis theory, at same time single factor analysis of variance is discussed according to effects on measurement results caused by measurement region, and double-factor analysis of variance has been made in view of effects on measurement results caused by line and holding time of test load. At last the case assistant calculations have been done on variance analysis by Minitab to solve the problem of large computing and fallibility, it also makes variance analysis more directly. This paper explores the uncertainty evaluation on measurement results, it is a practical innovation on hardness measurement of welded joint on ships and provides reference function to staff members working on it. Variance analysis is used to study factors which influence measurement results, this method is the organic combination of theory and practice, and it also work innovation. It plays a promoting role for further research on vickers hardness measurement of welded joint on ships and provides a new way for other measurements and detection. |
