Heavy-duty hydraulic elevating transporter is a special equipment for flat metallurgy, railway, marine transportation and other industries for the arge component which quality from hundreds to thousands tons. With the energy shortage, environmental protection requirements, as well as to improve the transport vehicle using the continuous improvement of performance requirements, to force it to energy-saving, environmental protection, high-performance motion control direction. As a result, search for an new drive system which with the economy, environmental protection, adaptive and motion control properties to replace hydraulic drive system is becoming a urgent problem to be solved in the process of developing the special Heavy-load hydraulic elevating transporter.The research contents in this paper come from the project of the Central South University - Kerry Heavy Industries joint R & D projects: " AC electric drive technology research for the hydraulic elevating transporter." According to the research task and research status on domestic and foreign of the project, theoretical study and computer simulation analysis and experimental study are taken as the research means in this paper. Analyzed the working principle of Heavy-duty hydraulic elevating transporter. On this basis, simulation analysis and experimental study on the dynamic model are taken by using modern control theory and related research achievements.The main contents of the degree thesis are as follows:(1) On the basis of the special Heavy-load hydraulic elevating transporter's characteristics.The structural characteristics, parameters and the requirements of the elevating transporter's AC electric-drive system studied and the overall program was designed.(2) the mathematical model of the the induction motor vector control system is established. different control methods about electric-drive was reserched in this paper The discuss result indicates that vector control method fit the requirements of the elevating transporter.(3) the induction motor vector control system's dynamic model of the elevating transporter is established and improved the torque ripple problems of AC electric-wheel drive system.(4) simulation analysis is taken based on the dynamic model of the elevating transporter's AC electric-drive system using several control strategies. The simulate result indicates that it can improve the overshoot and Robust of the induction motor speed control system by fuzzyPID control.(5) the interrelated experimental study is taken on the ac induction motor control system and speed control system of the elevating transporter.All above mentioned research contexts, methods and coclusions are helpful to the research on AC drive control and speed control of the elevating transporter.
