Rotation machine plays an important role at electric power, chemical industry. Therefore, it has important practical significance and economic value for status monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of rotating machinery equipment, in order to ensure the safe operation of equipment.With the development of embedded technology, miniaturization and intelligentization will be the development trend of fault diagnosis system of the rotating machinery. In this paper, bringing forward and designing a fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery based on embedded data acquisition for the status monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of asynchronous motor in the laboratory.At the signal pre-processing, studying for the wavelet packet transform technique, putting forward the selection of wavelet packet basis function at vibration signal processing of rotating machinery, designing an improved threshold functions based on exponential function and regulation of the parameters, and taking "energy" as the elements, structuring eigenvector of rotating machinery, and verifying the correctness and feasibility of ways through theoretical analysis and simulation results.In the methods of fault diagnosis, studying an adaptive genetic algorithm. For the general Genetic algorithm, the choice of parameters crossover probability Pc and mutation probability Pm will affect the convergence of the algorithm, it is difficult to find the best value for each question, bringing forward an method of an adaptive genetic algorithm for fault diagnosis, a trained high-end BP fuzzy neural network based on adaptive genetic algorithm for motor fault diagnosis can accurately identify the fault type of all the tested samples and with higher diagnostic accuracy.In the implementation of system function, taking S3C2410 chip as the core of the microprocessor, embedded Linux operating system as the software development platform. Describing the design of the various parts of the system hardware in detail, implementing the bootstrap loader BootLoader through the hardware platform, and transplanting the Linux operating system successfully and building a root file system, combined with the Linux operating system platform, implementing the LCD frame buffer display device Framebuffer, Touch Panel, A/D converter driver, Ethernet communication and developing the application programs of data acquisition, wavelet packet analysis based on the system function.Finally, this paper developed upper monitor and diagnosis system software with delphi7.0, it provides a friendly interface easy-to-use, with strong practicability,implementing data monitoring,analysis,management and fault diagnosis.
