| The technology of hydrostatic transmission has been widely applied on the driving system of construction vehicle. Its performance determines the motivity, life and fuel economic use of vehicle. In order to study the application of the overseas and domestic advanced hydrostatic transmission on the engineering vehicle transmission system, the Construction Vehicle transmission experiment platform which based on the closed circuit hydrostatic transmission was established. The performance of the closed circuit hydrostatic transmission of newly construction vehicle was studied by combination of simulating experiment indoor and theory analyzing. The main research works are as follows:1,This paper introduced the types and characteristic of the vehicle transmission system, and emphasized the characteristic of the closed hydraulic transmission system. Based on the analysis of study actuality of overseas and domestic experiment platform in existence, the advanced vehicle transmission platform was designed.2,the mathematics simulation models of the drive system and brake system of experiment platform were built by using MATLAB. Through simulation and experimental verification, some rules are found out which can be provided with important meaning to the design of vehicle fluid drive system.3,According to the demand of the Vehicle transmission Testing Platform design, the software LabVIEW was selected as the software development platform of the Vehicle transmission Platform testing system. Based on the program modularization of LabVIEW, the test software has been designed .4,Taking the Vehicle transmission Platform as the experimental platform, a test is finished for the closed hydraulic transmission system and brake system, the result prove that the mathematics model of the system is valid.5,Base on the developing of the testing system, the software that used for saving test data and report was developed with the program of the platform. |
