Independent project coordinate system is established as a line extension of the direction of longitudinal axis, the system's abscissa will not change too much, it can effectively control the projection distortion, reduce the number of sub-band.Secondly, the absolute coordinate measurement system of Speed-up Line model is set up. The model includes mechanical parts, electrical parts and software parts. The thesis studies the technology of regulating Long-wave by the tamping machine. Through the Absolute coordinate system based on the land of the accurate measurement of network, the absolute coordinate measurement system can precisely measure the coordinates of centerline and elevation plane of the railway, the result will be passed to the precision measurement tamping machine, the tamping machine precise conservation work.Thirdly, absolute coordinate measurement system's algorithm is designed. The Paper analyses of the existing free station theory and accuracy of methodology change the existing algorithms, and analyses algorithm accuracy, analyses the accuracy of the Measurement system for joint measuring.
