By the technology of overload and unbalanced-load measurement to detect overload and imbalanced load in time, inform the driver through train information network to take necessary measurements to avoid running accidents, which possesses much significance. To further study the overload and unbalanced-load measuring technology, a small-scale experimental platform for the high speed wheel-scan force detecting was designed and built. The thesis brought forward the improving method of the platform; combined the theory, experiment research and computer monitoring technology to transform and process the colleted data of experiment system, extracted valid load signals, finished the initial integration of wheel-scan force detecting system. The main contents are detailed as following:(1) After the experimental platform for the wheel-scan force detecting was installed, some emerging problems during ejecting process were solved and the related components were improved;(2) The signal acquisition circuit was designed, including the bridge circuit of the sensors, signal processing, A/D sampling circuit and the circuit precision, completed the data acquisition system based on the CONTEC DAQ card;(3) The technology of data acquisition and processing in multiprogramming environment was fulfilled; The signal processing programe was finished by the combination of C++, CONTECT DAQ card and MATLAB, which could run without MATLAB.(4) The experiment scheme was designed based on the features of platform , the whole sampling system integration experiment was finished, on which the fixed static loading and low-speed experiment were completed, which proved the feasibility of the design system and can be referenced by the subsequent research.
