Along with development of social economy level,the large span,tall and thin walled massive concrete structure and so on are already extensively applied in civil engineering. Bridge engineers have paid close attention to temperature effect of massive concrete. Temperature effect will cause structural cracking,thus affect the normal use of structure,even may lead to structural damage.In this paper,based on accessing to many domestic and international issues of temperature effect of massive concrete,to the provincial highway S318 line Xizhang village Bridge as engineering background,the hydration heat temperature fields and from solar radiation caused by temperature of hollow-thin pier have been studied.The main content in the research as follows:1.This paper analyzes the basic theory and numerical analysis method of concrete temperature fields and the finite element method of temperature fields,provides an theoretical evidence for the temperature field analysis of hydration heat and solar radiation.2.The principle and the methods of theoretical calculation about hydration heat are analyzed,and based on weighted average method,thermodynamic parameters of concrete are calculated,thermal properties of materials in finite element analysis are determined.3.According to the result of the hydration temperature of observation of hollow-thin pier of Xizhang village Bridge,the temperature distribution regulation of hollow-thin pier concrete influenced by hydration heat and the temperature changing regulation effected by time are discussed.4.The paper simulated the temperature fields of hollow-thin pier during the hydration heat by the application of finite element software ANSYS,the temperature fields in the hollow-thin pier' cross-section on real time and temperature change of the whole hydration process are figured out,the measured data and the theory results are compared and analyzed, change law basically tallies,the feasibility of the method is proved.5.Based on the measurements of temperature field from solar radiation of hollow-thin pier,this paper fits out temperature curve along the direction of cross-section.The good results could be obtained when research results have been directly applied to engineering practice,to provide evidence for temperature analysis of hollow-thin pier in similar environment and give reference for the norm establishment about temperature field.
