CCD camera is a kind of precise optical instrument applying in space environment.It' s main function is to obtain the images of static and movement objects on the ground or in the space,which can acquire large-scale image information in a short time.The research of the camera will be significant to strengthen national defense of our country.The camera studied in this paper can adapt with more complicated environment during the transportation, launching,injection and orbital motion.In the condition of vibrant environment,the structural design of CCD camera is becoming the key task in this paper.1) Regarding this camera design' s specification,this paper has completed the following work in camera' s structural design:(a) The job of analysising the materials performance of the camera and electing the materials had been done,which make the foundation for the lightweight design.(b) With the finite element analysis method and the structure dynamics theory,on the main lens cone and bracket.Then, made improvements.2) The simplified CCD model has been carried on the base of precise CAD model.Afterword,the FEA model of whoile mechanism has been established.Then the structure dynamic characteristic analysis has been computed.The main research works in this paper are listed as follows:(a) Establish the FEA modle on the base of some principles;(b) Achieve the value of deformation and stress according to the quasi-static analysis;(c) Achieve the value of inherence frequency and modal shapes according to the modal analysis;(d) Achieve the response curve,the max value and the relevant frequency and position according to the responsive computation of sinusoidal vibration on appraisal grade;(e) Achieve the response curve,the max value of accelera- tion and the relevant frequency and position according to the responsive computation of random vibration on appraisal grade.The result indicates:1) The design of structure of the camera,can reach the request of operating condition.After the improvement of the main lens cone and bracket,the camera has a better dynamic stiffness and intensity to guarantee the imaging quality;2) Resonating possibility can be avoide because the fundamental frequency of the camera is much higher than the vibrational frequency of the satellite;3) The results of the static and dynamics analysis indicate that this camera can resist the influence of the vibration in spatial environment,because the intensity and the range of the frequency responds is accepted in the experimental request.
