The subject of this paper is innovation for training colleges and universities engineering Henan Province (2005).Innovative technology personnel construction project (074100510021) Henan Province.Salts have a corrosive effect on concrete, the degree of corrosion effect are closely related to the contact state with the salts (or immersion methods) and the environment temperature, humidity. Large numbers of concrete components work in alternating wet and dry conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to study the components with this kind of work alternating wet and dry conditions. This paper study the performance of plain concrete, fly ash concrete, doped PP fly ash concrete in sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, sodium chloride and ammonium chloride salt four solution under alternating wet and dry corrosion condition, observed corrosion phenomenon, analyze the experimental results. This paper explore the laws of chloride ion penetration and diffusion mechanism of different modified concrete corrosion in chloride solution and find that different concrete surface chloride content have index relation with the number of the existence of alternating wet and dry and different concrete chloride ion penetration have index relation with the time of corrosion. This paper use the gray model to analysis the sulfate corrosion of concrete compressive strength, establish the model of chloride ion diffusion and recommended excellent modifications materials to resistance corrosion of concrete. The conclusion of this paper will provide new idea for design the durability of concrete in corrosive environment and provide reference to evaluate and predict the safety of the practical projects.
