In this paper, the dispersion stability of the energetic materials such as micro-nano-TNT,RDX and ammonium nitrate in the diesel was analyzed. And their effects of the combustion performance of the diesel were studied.Through the photomicrographs, finding that micro-nano-TNT and RDX of spray drying had a uniform dispersion in the diesel and the colloid disperse system formed. The particle diameter of TNT was comparatively large.While the ammonium nitrate solution emulsified in the diesel.The absorbance of the hybrid diesel was tested by the spectrophotometer, deriving the relationship of the absorbance and velocity. According to the change of absorbance, the dispersion stability of TNT,RDX and ammonium nitrate solution in the diesel.When the percentage content of TNT and RDX in the diesel was lower than 0.8% and 0.1% respectively, the dispersion stability was better. However, the dispersion of the ammonium nitrate solution in the diesel was poor and the solution demulsified after 2 hours.The combustion performance and products of the hybrid diesel was tested by TG-DSC and FT-IR Spectrometer. The ignition temperature was slightly higher, the rate of thermal weight loss increased and the content of NOx in the combustion products increased when the diesel adding TNT. While the diesel adding RDX, the ignition temperature decreased, the rate of thermal weight loss increased and the content of NOx in the combustion products decreased. When the heating rate is 20℃/min, the ignition temperature decreased from 145℃to 138℃and weight loss increased from 90% to 97.8%.Based on the data of TG-DSC,pyrolysis model of the hybrid diesel was builded and the variation of the activation energy was analyzed.Uniform mixing the TNT and RDX in the proportion of 8 to 1(mass ratio) into the composite oxygenate additive on the basing of the experimental results and the known theory. When adding the additive adding to the diesel under the ratio of 0.9%(mass ratio),the diesel had well dispersion stability and fast combustion reaction rate, the ignition temperature and the content of CO, NOx in the combustion products decreased.
