| As a new type of composite structure,cold-formed steel deck and concrete composite slab is characterized by the advantages of high bearing capability and rigidity and excellent anti-seismic property,which has brought about remarkable economic benefits to the society.For the above reasons,it has benn widely used in builidings in recent years. Compared with common concrete,lightweight aggregate concrete is advantaged by light self-weight,high strength and good heat-insulating property,which is properly used in high-rise buildings. At present,the research on composite slabs is focused mostly on mechanical property of common concrete composite slabs,while little attention has been paid to lightweight concrete composite slabs.On the basis of Finite element method,to make use of ANSYS,Numerical simulation is made of the test data,and its applicability is verified.15 composite deck slabs are designed.To make use of ANSYS, Numerical simulation is made of loading process of composite deck slab.The loading process includes cracking of lightweight aggregate concrete slab, the sheared welds,the yielding of steel plates,component damage. To find out how the influence factors affect mechanical property of composite slabs.The factors include the studs,the thickness of cold-formed steel deck,the thickness of composite slab,shear-spar ratio,the spacing of shear reinforcement.Through the analysis of failure process of 15 composite slabs, work out the reasonable spacing of lateral shear reinforcement of the composite slabs. In the end, some discussion has been made based on the computational results and verified that the computational method of the calculation of cross section design of lightweight aggregate concrete slab in the "Technological regulation of High-rise occupancy type steel building" is applicable and provided the reference for engineering application. |
