Vibration is a prevalent phenomenon in the production and life, and often is harmful, therefore, vibration needed to be controlled in a permitted range. The methods of vibration control usually are vibration elimination, vibration isolation, vibration absorption and structural modifications, etc.. Passive vibration absorber because of its damping effect, no external energy, low cost and high reliability has been widely applied. With the rapid development of the modern industry and the construction industry, the problems caused by vibration increasingly prominent, industrial production safety, high efficiency, people living in the comfort of the vibration control forward urgently required. In this case, the study of the dynamic absorber has the extremely vital significance. Based on the summary and reference to structure and methodology of previous dynamic vibration absorbers, the author puts forward a new kind of dynamic vibration absorber with roller, made dynamics analysis and optimization design of dynamic vibration absorber with roller. This study includes:For general mass-spring-damper type dynamic vibration absorber bandwidth, and broaden the band will bring the form of a complex situation, this paper proposes single roller dynamic vibration absorber and double rollers dynamic vibration absorber.This paper established mathematical model of single roller dynamic vibration absorbers and double roller dynamic vibration absorbers, and did numerical and analytical solution to mathematical model of single roller dynamic vibration absorber and making the non-dimensional treatment to the results of solving, according to the vibration of the main result of solution made a single roller in the attached vibration absorber when the harmonic excitation amplitude magnification curves under the action. According to the amplitude after the dimensionless equation to analyze and summarize the various parameters on the vibration amplitude of the main body and did the optimal design of the parameters, Making numerical and analytical solution to mathematical model of double roller dynamic vibration absorbers, probed into the damping principle and damping effect of double roller vibration absorbers.Through solving the amplitude of vibration system of additional roller vibration absorbers, can effectively restrain system's vibration, and with a simple structure and vibration absorbers band width.
