With the increasing demand of society for fire detection, the intensified researches on fire detection are done. Fire detection methodology gradually developed from a single "fire detection - alarm" system to intelligent "fire detection - alarm - the fire implementation system". Intelligent fire protection system required more advanced technology concerning fire detection and signal processing.Up to day, multi-sensors information fusion technology becomes an important method to deal with signal processing with intelligence. Multi-sensor information fusion technology overcomes instability and restrictions when one sensor is considered. Besides, multi-sensor information fusion technology can produce more accurate and reliable judgment and estimate then one sensor technology can do. Multi-sensor information fusion technology in the field of intelligent buildings, foresting fire early warning, ground and rail transportation has been used widely, but it is seldom applied to underground trackless equipment fire detection system.Trackless equipment underground mine fire is one kind of fire. This paper focuses on research on the problem of an underground trackless equipment and fire fighting system. Through the analysis of the underground trackless equipment, fire mechanism and fire characteristics, this paper selects some proper fire detectors to realize all-round monitoring, obtain the fire disaster response data. Then, multi-sensor information fusion technology is employed to sample the data for further information fusion.BP neural network algorithm and the spline neural network algorithm are employed in this paper to process information and data. For comparison, their results are shown. Selecting the right spline neural network algorithm for a fire underground trolley system; This paper used two fuzzy control approach to design the fusion system,which could improve the rate of information processing systems. Besides,this paper designed the whole system to realize intelligent fire-protection.
